Growing up, I knew what it felt like to struggle with confidence.
I was held back in school, struggled academically, and spent years believing other people were more capable than I was. I often stayed quiet, held back, and questioned whether I had anything valuable to offer.
But over time, the right voices, opportunities, and repeated experiences began to change the way I saw myself.
I learned that confidence is not something reserved for the loudest person in the room. It is not something you either have or do not have. Confidence is built through recognizing your value, changing the way you think, practicing difficult skills, and repeatedly taking action.

Confidence In Action
That discovery changed the direction of my life.
Today, I have had the opportunity to lead organizations, pastor families, coach teens and adults, speak to audiences, build businesses, write books, and help others recognize potential they may not yet see in themselves. I have also been honored to be accepted as a member of Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation-only community of business and leadership coaches.
But my mission remains personal.
Whether I am coaching a teenager who is afraid to speak up, helping a parent connect with their child, equipping a leader to communicate with confidence, or helping someone turn their experience into a meaningful business, my goal is the same:
To help people recognize what is already inside them and develop the confidence to put it into action.
I am a husband, a father of three boys, a pastor, a speaker, an author, and a coach—but at the center of everything I do is a belief that one encouraging voice, one practical tool, and one courageous step can change the direction of a person's life.
